Rpg maker 2000 dbz game over

Don't be surprised that any English version of this program is illegal and malware-prone. I say stay away. It's works fine except for the music. It's the background music that I'm having trouble with, not the sound effects. I cant hear it in previews and it cant be heard in.

Try both. My guess something wrong with your soundcard. To troubleshoot, check sounds and audio devices properties in the control panel Under the audio tab theres a MIDI music playback section. Make sure the correct device is selected and also make sure that the volume is up and it isn't muted in the volume controls. Download and test a.

Does anyone know of any good sites for it? I'm not exactly a beginner at RM2K, I can pan screens and all sorts of stuff but i'd like to learn some more advanced techniques on. Well a simple search engine can come up with just about as much as I can. Game Over. Edit source History Talk 0. Cancel Save. Universal Conquest Wiki. The game engine alone, whether it be through PK Hack or Game Maker, would make two remakes feel like totally different in my eyes.

Also, this particular one seems to be somewhat liberal with their inclusions, which I gotta say I admire. Despite this, OP has made the bold choice of keeping the core combat the same, whereas others have tried to add the combo system or the rolling meters.

Huge bonus points there, personally. This might just be my love of Mother 1 speaking though. I would gladly play that game hundreds of times, so the idea of playing several different fan versions is very appealing to me. You have my full support, Jear. Jear: Will there be any new areas? So far, Mother 1 is the only entry in the series to lack a Saturn Valley.

Also note that I did two versions of the battle victory fanfare. Show a small overview of Podunk, circa early s, covered in shadow, in sepia or black and white tones, eventually panning to the home of George and Maria. Around this time, a young married couple vanished mysteriously from their home in a bright flash. He began an odd and mysterious study, all by himself, to the point that he almost never came out of his home.

Many came to believe he was slipping into madness. See how some of the intro text was reworded? It hopefully keeps the feel of the original text, but adds a little more to the imagination.

Will there be extra bosses? And what about the damage scale? Will you change it or keep it the same? He somehow managed to incorporate Mother 2-style battle backgrounds as well as their animations. Are Ninten et al. Maybe Ninten was smart enough to get a nebulizer for his asthma. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention. Like, same world, different story.

What made this game frustrating, in my opinion, was the battle system combined with the large and confusing maps. If the maps were clean, crisp, and just a tad less ambiguous about which way you should be heading, then the random battles would be a fun part of the journey. As it stands, even the easier parts of the map can almost feel like mazes, and the battles show up in really inconvenient ways.

I agree with the sentiment mentioned above — being on your first playthrough is going to make everything worse. I am extremely glad I played it. But overall, it did give me an even greater appreciation for Earthbound than I already had. But of course, these are only my personal feelings after my first run. What is dad? If anything, the random encounters and very large world are probably where most complaints come from. I know I did a lot of complaining when I kept getting lost trying to get to places, all while encountering enemies along the way.

I also definitely agree that EarthBound spoiled me. The battle system and the fact that you can see enemies coming made going backwards to Mother 1 very off-putting at first.

The only parts that I found difficult were the dragon, because I always use loid and go as soon as ninten turns level 25 , and mt itoi for odviouse reasons. Even then, I never found it that hard either. I do understand were people come from though, it is a very different rpg than the others that were around, mabye even around now. Not only that, just Ana herself made it that much harder to beat the game.

She has great PSI, but her defense is so bad, almost everything kills her in hits. Mother was just not so good at first impressions, that made a lot of gamers, even some hard core rpgers, to abandon it. I actually started with mother, so I was not spoiled in any way with earthbound, the battle system was always better in my opinion in comparison to games like final fantasy 1 or dragon quest.

I was so use to random encounters by then, I was suprised at how many monster would apear in a few steps.
