Written in , this is only 6 years ago and I believe still relevant today. The impact international trade has on this community is clearly presented on top the Kartel's views on the government's ability to handle these problems. Even for the American public, this book is essential for understanding the crisis at large in which groups such as BlackLivesMatter have arisen.
